Pull Up a Chair

"Fireside is where the good talks happen. I picture a campfire with all kinds of people gathered around it, and everyone's welcome, no matter what walk of life you come from."
– Lillian Ramey, Founder & CEO
Every person needs a safe place.
Folks know they need to tend to their mental health. They’re on YouTube, on Instagram, asking AI and reading self-help. But a lot of the time, that’s not enough.
And we get it – therapy isn’t always the answer. Sometimes you can’t get to it. Sometimes you’re not ready to sit across from another person (yet).
Fireside is meant to be the space between. We’re building tools, providing information and support, and, when you’re ready, real human connection.
At Fireside, you can move at your own pace and get what you need when you need it.
So, why Fireside?
Picture the last campfire you shared with friends. Something about the dark, the crackle, the quiet of the night. It just feels right. It lets people just be themselves.
That’s where the hard conversations happen. Sometimes funny, sometimes unexpected, sometimes a little spicy; but you get to be real there.
And best of all – everyone’s welcome around that fire. Cowboys, ski bums, and hippies. Wealthy, hard-up, and everywhere in-between.
That’s the vision. That’s the practice we’re building.
I used to think therapy happened mostly in the mind.
But a Hakomi training about fifteen years ago changed that, and it changed the course of my whole practice.
That was when I saw, for the first time, how much is going on under the surface – the body’s role and presence in every emotional reaction. You can tweak your thinking, and that’s important, but the deep change people come in for asks for more of you.
And now the focus is on the business of the practice, especially how to grow this team with a shared vision while holding the line on quality of care and access.
